There's a lot of talk about some sort of conspiracy of mega-wealthy private individuals ... but I think the west is in denial.Denial is what happens when a great power (America) begins to fall as another (the East) rises. Who do you think makes all that "stuff" in the shops? Who lends us all that money to cover our debts? Who saves their money and banks huge surpluses whilst we consistency spend more than we own?
